Art Déco - France
The Art Deco period was one of the most prolific era for the printing of decorated music sheets covers. Many of the artists at the origin of those covers were also active in the posters design, such as de Valerio, de Losques, Pousthomis, Girbal, Jandumon, Dorival, Clerice frères, etc..In harmony with the music of the time, they created an universe of love, elegance, youth and happiness with regards for fashion where dresses and men clothes proclaim a new way of life of good fortune.
Relationship between men and women were changing; individual destiny was the motto. The gardens were no more melancolic but Edens reconquered.
